Role Overview
We seek a Logistics Executive to ensure the seamless and effective management of inbound stock within Ferrero Australia's network. This position oversees key logistics operations including documentation handling, customs compliance, transportation coordination, and the financial processing linked to logistics services. Additionally, the role involves generating reports and conducting analyses that support logistics capacity planning, stock availability, FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) management, and broader supply chain key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities
- Support stock reporting, perform investigations, and update inventory records.
- Maintain KPI reporting for both warehouse and transportation functions.
- Handle invoice processing and financial transactions with precision.
- Coordinate activities with freight forwarders, customs agents, and other logistics partners.
- Analyze operational data to uncover opportunities for process improvement.
- Keep accurate records in adherence to audit standards.
Candidate Profile
- Background in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or related disciplines.
- Strong organizational skills paired with effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in SAP and advanced functionalities of Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with customs documentation, warehouse operations, and purchase order and financial procedures.
