Logistics Coordinator – Container Transportation

Role Overview

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator specializing in container transportation to manage the transfer of import containers within the UAE. The position is based in Khatam Al Shiklah, Al Ain, Abu Dhabi Emirate. This contract role initially spans one month with a possibility of extension depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the transportation of import containers from UAE ports to designated warehouses.
• Liaise with customs clearance agents, transport service providers, shipping lines, and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth logistics flow.
• Track the movement of containers to maintain accurate and up-to-date status updates.
• Manage and follow up on all relevant shipping documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Arrange suitable transportation means and schedules for container movements.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports to monitor logistics performance and address any issues proactively.
