Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Loan Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This full-time role involves field work, primarily focused on visiting existing shops daily, assisting customers through the loan process, and fostering strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visits to existing shops to engage with customers.
- Guide and support customers throughout their loan application process.
- Develop and sustain positive relationships with customers to enhance service quality.
Requirements
- Male candidates only.
- Minimum qualification of PUC (Pre-University Certificate).
- Must possess a motorcycle for travel.
- Age should be between 18 and 38 years.
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly salary of ₹21,000.
- Additional Provident Fund benefits.
- Fuel allowance of ₹2,500 per month.
- Attractive incentives that can reach up to ₹30,000 per month.
