Role Overview

As an Associate Director within Takeda Oncology's U.S. team, you will play a vital role in advancing our mission to cure cancer. Reporting to the Head of US OBU Strategy & Business Operations, your responsibilities will focus on enhancing the capabilities of Patient Value Access (PVA) field teams via robust learning and development initiatives centered on disease knowledge, treatment, product expertise, account management, digital tool utilization, and execution proficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in pharmaceutical field training or related functions such as marketing or sales operations.
