Position Overview
The Lead Generation Executive is tasked with handling incoming calls from both new and existing clients, addressing various inquiries and providing information. These professionals leverage their understanding of the company's products or services alongside excellent customer service skills to resolve issues, assist customers, and help in business retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate effective communication without any native language influence and strong comprehension abilities.
- Speak and understand English proficiently, equivalent to versant level 3, specifically for English queues.
- Ability to read, comprehend, and compose emails tailored appropriately for prospects in different situations.
Language Requirements
- Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding regional languages such as Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam.
- Effective communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders in multiple South Indian languages.
- Strong command of English combined with fluency in any of Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam as required.
Education and Experience
- Candidates with +2 education, diploma, graduates, or undergraduates are eligible.
- Applicants with at least one year of experience, preferably in customer service, are desirable but freshers are also welcome to apply.
