Laundry Attendant

Role overview

This position supports the housekeeping and laundry function at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Doha. The role is part of the hotel’s guest environment team and focuses on keeping guest-facing and back-of-house spaces clean, orderly, and ready for use. The work is hands-on, service-oriented, and aimed at helping create a memorable stay for guests.

What you will do

• Handle a range of housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain the hotel’s overall appearance and cleanliness.
• Move around the property to complete assigned work and respond to guest needs as required.
• Deliver guest requests and support room and public-area upkeep.
• Restock carts and supplies to keep operations running smoothly.
• Clean guest rooms and common areas, along with other similar duties assigned by the team.
• Carry out additional reasonable tasks when requested to support guests and hotel operations.

Success expectations

• Work safely at all times and follow company policies and procedures.
• Protect confidentiality and maintain quality standards.
• Present a professional image through uniform, appearance, and communication.
• Be prepared for active work that involves standing, sitting, and walking for long periods.
• Use a practical, hands-on approach that includes lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Work schedule and status

This is a full-time, non-management position. The role is not remote and is based in Doha, Qatar, at Al Corniche Street.
