Role and Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential land parcels for development aligned with project criteria.
• Perform market studies evaluating the feasibility, risks, and opportunities of potential properties.
• Lead contract negotiations with landowners to secure advantageous land purchase agreements.
• Conduct detailed due diligence involving verification of land titles, encumbrances, and zoning restrictions.
• Collaborate with legal and technical departments to review regulatory compliance, site conditions, and environmental concerns.
• Supervise property surveys, feasibility assessments, and risk evaluations for successful acquisition execution.
• Engage with government bodies and local authorities to acquire necessary permits, licenses, and approvals.
• Maintain organized records for all acquisition documentation, contracts, and legal filings.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Excellent negotiation capabilities and strong communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate legislation, property titles, and land use regulations.
• Capacity to coordinate complex acquisition activities across multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicable real estate management software tools.
