Lab Technician – Beverage Applications with Experience in Beverages

Job Overview

As a Lab Technician specializing in beverage applications, you will be integral to our beverage application lab, contributing to flavor creation and product development. You will manage customer projects to ensure completion within deadlines, uphold safety protocols, and meet organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the beverage application lab by producing and adjusting beverage taste samples, including modifying ADM products as per specific needs, followed by approval for customer trials.
• Maintain rigorous and precise handling of fine chemicals with disciplined work standards.
• Collaborate extensively across departments in EMEA, including development headquarters in Germany, application labs, and commercial teams.
• Fully grasp ADM Nutrition's portfolio of products and services.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Technology, Chemistry, or Pharmacy.
• Preferably have initial experience in beverage product development and applications.
• Understand basic product processing and the interactions among beverage ingredients.
• Demonstrate strong project management capabilities.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Be proficient with IT tools, including SAP and Salesforce, with robust PC skills.
• Show enthusiasm for innovating and following trends in the beverage market.
• Be eager to collaborate both within and across teams.
