KYC Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a Video KYC Executive to join our team in Bengaluru at Vaishnavi Tech Square, Ibbaluru, Bellandur. This is a full-time, day shift role focused on customer verification processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct KYC verification through video interaction efficiently and accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service by being proactive, confident, and customer-centric.
• Communicate effectively in Tamil, Malayalam, and English languages.
• Manage and handle necessary applications with basic computer proficiency.
• Adapt to work schedules and shifts as assigned in rosters.

Requirements

• 0 to 2 years experience, preferably in customer support or KYC verification roles.
• Fluent communication skills in Tamil and Malayalam along with good English proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of the internet, Excel, and computers.
• Ability to handle application software relevant to the role.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including shift rotations.

Additional Information

• Work schedule: 5 working days per week with 2 days rotational weekly offs.
• Salary: INR 19,000 per month plus additional incentives.
• Location: Onsite at Vaishnavi Tech Square, Ibbaluru, Bellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102.
• Interview timings: Monday to Friday at 11:00 AM.
