Currently, Flowtec is experiencing significant growth in its Engineering Division and seeks to expand its team for the US market.

Role Overview

We invite candidates with a passion for sales and/or relevant experience to join as Junior Recruitment Consultants. This position involves deep engagement with both clients and candidates, requiring an understanding of industry developments and fostering lasting professional relationships. Your core responsibility will be to serve the US market by identifying potential clients, uncovering their hiring requirements, and sourcing qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and identify potential corporate clients.
• Locate and engage suitable candidates, providing detailed role information.
• Evaluate candidates' skills through effective screening processes leveraging industry knowledge.
• Manage applicant sorting and communications, and deliver pre-interview guidance and directions.
• Consistently work toward and surpass targets with ambition while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Maintain job boards, publish job descriptions, filter CVs, and provide constructive feedback to candidates promptly.

Required Skills & Experience

• Sales background is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Graduate-level education preferred, though not essential.
• A growth-oriented mindset committed to continuous learning and team improvement.
• Friendly and approachable personality with strong people skills.
• Excellent telephone and video communication etiquette.
• Proven networking and relationship management capabilities; familiarity with the aquaculture industry is beneficial.
• Exceptional organizational skills, including multitasking and leadership experience.
• Strong communication, encompassing question formulation, active listening, and empathy.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary ranging from £25,000 to £35,000 per annum.
• Annual leave includes 20 days plus an additional 2 weeks off during the Christmas holiday period.
• Opportunity to earn commissions up to 30% on successful placements.
