DigitalPharmaSummit seeks a friendly and efficient Junior Project Manager to oversee client projects and coordinate team efforts effectively. This role involves managing projects from inception to delivery and handling client communications for proposals and follow-ups within the digital industry.

Candidate Profile

• At least two years of project management experience in a digital agency setting, demonstrating leadership, digital knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity and hands-on experience with agile development methodologies, including daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
• A passionate interest in the digital domain and its rapid evolution; regularly updated on current technologies and trends (excluding the term "trends").
• Fluency in French with excellent writing capabilities; ability to communicate proficiently in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of Dutch is an additional asset.
• Good listener with a strong orientation toward understanding client and team inputs.
• Ability to multitask effectively, managing several projects simultaneously with adaptability and flexibility, likened to a resourceful problem-solver.
• Personality traits including enthusiasm and curiosity, with diverse passions ranging from music to technology, fostering a lively work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the project team to deliver high-quality, efficient, and profitable digital projects, starting from contract signing through to launch and post-launch stages.
• Manage client relationships, respond to requests for proposals, and maintain ongoing follow-ups with clients.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards; maintain planning schedules and preliminary budgets.
• Contribute proactively to business growth by building client trust, analyzing satisfaction rates, and maintaining strong relationships.
• Demonstrate problem-solving creativity and responsiveness to swiftly handle any challenges that arise during project execution.

Additional Information

• Bonus qualifications include previous backend development experience.
