Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Consultant to lead growth efforts in the Singapore market. The role involves managing sales cycles in coordination with our development team in Vietnam and executives at our Japanese headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently and collaboratively generate new business leads alongside the Telemarketing team.
• Develop thorough expertise in our ERP products and confidently demonstrate their benefits to prospective clients.
• Create detailed quotations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Maintain active oversight of the sales pipeline and consistently pursue annual revenue objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• A degree or higher qualification is preferred; fresh graduates with relevant internships in business development, sales, or startups are encouraged to apply.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in ERP or associated sales roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage stakeholders at various organizational levels, including senior executives.
• A motivated and resilient personality capable of thriving in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments.

Compensation and Benefits

• This is an entry to junior-level position with a commission-based pay structure.
• Candidates expecting a basic salary above SGD 5,000 may not be considered.
