Jewellery Consultant

Role Overview

As a Jewellery Consultant, you will support customers in selecting from a range of gold, diamond, and other jewelry items, ensuring excellent customer service while meeting sales goals. You will educate clients on the product details, pricing structures, promotional offers, and available after-sale support. Maintaining eye-catching displays and an inviting showroom environment is also part of your responsibilities.
