Job Overview

As a Janitorial Associate at Walmart Supercenter #1244 in Taylors, SC, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment throughout the store, from parking lots to restrooms and receiving areas. Your efforts will help create a positive first and last impression for customers.

Compensation and Shifts

The hourly wage ranges from $15 to $28, with the actual rate meeting or exceeding the required minimum wage for the location. Additional performance-based incentives are offered annually or quarterly. Premium pay ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific duties performed. Various shifts are available, including Opening, Morning, Mid-Shift, and Closing.
