ESFM® USA, a division of Compass Group USA specializing in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM), is looking to hire full-time Janitors to maintain cleanliness and order at their Batesville, IN location. Job Responsibilities

• Collect and dispose of trash following established procedures and infection control guidelines.
• Perform dusting and damp mopping of floors adhering to approved methods.
• Rearrange equipment and furniture as needed for thorough cleaning and return items to proper placement.
• Sanitize all surfaces using designated materials and follow an eight-step cleaning process.
• Clean walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and other facility areas to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Identify and proactively clean areas that require attention without specific instruction.
• Complete assignments delegated by supervisors efficiently.
• Adhere to applicable federal, state, and local regulations during all tasks.
• Maintain and refinish floors by stripping, scrubbing, buffing, and shampooing carpets.
• Collaborate professionally with customers and colleagues, contributing positively to the team.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior janitorial or cleaning experience is necessary for this role.

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time position with variable days; typical working hours are 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with precise details provided during the interview.
• Hourly wage ranges from $15 to $16.
