Role Overview
This full-time Internship Trainee position is based in Mississauga, Ontario, with a hybrid arrangement that allows some work from home. The trainee will assist mortgage brokers and other team members with client onboarding, document collection and organization, and the preparation of mortgage applications under supervision.
What You Will Do
Day-to-day work includes basic research on market conditions and mortgage products, keeping internal records up to date, and communicating professionally with clients and lenders. The role also involves taking part in training sessions, observing experienced staff, and putting mentor guidance into practice to develop knowledge in mortgage workflows, customer service, and sales.
