Role Overview
We seek enthusiastic and communicative individuals to join our International Voice Process team, delivering support to global clients in a dynamic office setting. This role offers the chance to refine written communication skills and problem-solving abilities while interacting with diverse customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Maintain professionalism and courteous tone in all communications.
- Generate daily and weekly task reports outlining progress and pending issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns smoothly.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants do not require graduation; freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged.
- Candidates must reside within close proximity (1.5 km) of Panvel and Kalyan railway stations.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts including nights and ready to join immediately.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: INR 18,000 to 30,000 depending on experience and previous pay.
- Travel allowance of INR 3,500.
- Performance-based incentives of INR 2,750.
- One-way cab service for night shifts within 25 km radius from office.
