Job Responsibilities

• Handle international inbound and outbound calls with a professional demeanor.
• Achieve and maintain key performance indicators related to call quantity and resolution time.
• Work closely with teams across different countries to address customer inquiries effectively.
• Ensure a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) by delivering clear and positive communication.
• Consistently meet assigned targets and performance goals.
