International Customer Care Executive

About the Role

eHire Tech Services is recruiting for eClerx Services Pvt. Ltd, seeking International Customer Care Executives for inbound and outbound voice-based support roles located in Chandigarh and Mohali. This opportunity is well-suited for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals aiming to build their careers within a reputable multinational corporation.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical assistance and customer service to clients across international markets via voice communication.
• Identify and resolve customer issues by carefully analyzing their concerns and performing effective troubleshooting.
• Propose suitable solutions to customer problems ensuring a superior level of client satisfaction.
• Manage customer interactions through multiple channels including calls, email, and chats.

Qualification & Eligibility

• Candidates must possess a graduation degree from any discipline.
• Applicants' ages should be within 21 to 30 years.
• For 2025 graduates: submission of all original detailed mark certificates (DMCs) is mandatory.
• For 2026 graduates: submission of the latest semester's online result alongside all previous original DMCs is required.
• Outstanding command of English communication is essential.

Shift & Working Days

• Five working days per week with two rotational weekly offs.
• Nine-hour shifts including eight hours of active working time.
• Flexibility to work during US or night shift timings is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary package ranging between 200000 INR to 275000 INR.
• Additional allowance provided for night shift work.
