Job Overview

Seeking an Associate to join our International Voice Process team focused on medical record retrieval for clients in the US healthcare sector. This onsite role based in Ahmedabad requires managing communications with US hospitals and medical centers to request, obtain, and follow up on medical documents, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while adhering to confidentiality protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to US healthcare providers to request medical records.
• Retrieve medical records in line with client-specific instructions.
• Track and follow up on pending record requests to meet deadlines.
• Update and verify data within internal databases accurately.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure prompt task completion.
• Maintain stringent productivity and quality benchmarks.
• Handle sensitive patient data professionally, upholding privacy and confidentiality standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduates or undergraduate students are eligible to apply.
• Preferred experience of 1 to 2 years in international voice processes or medical record retrieval, although fresh candidates with strong English speaking skills will also be considered.
• Excellent verbal communication capabilities in English.
• Proficient in basic computer use and typing.
• Ability to work effectively in US shift hours.
