Intermediate / Senior Quantity Surveyor - Cork

Role Description

You will become part of the commercial team and initially focus on managing a €5-6 million office refurbishment project in Cork City, with additional upcoming projects across the wider Munster area.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cost control procedures and produce regular reports.
• Coordinate procurement processes for subcontractor engagement.
• Prepare valuations, handle contract variations, and finalize accounts.
• Oversee the commercial management from project initiation to completion.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a degree in Quantity Surveying or a closely related field.
• Experience working within a contractor, consultancy, or developer environment.
• Exhibit strong commercial insight and effective communication capabilities.
