Interior Designer (intermediate)

Role Overview

P+A Projects Pte Ltd is seeking an intermediate-level interior designer in Singapore to support design delivery across concept, development, and coordination stages.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the team leader with day-to-day responsibilities.
• Create concept proposals through sketching, SketchUp, 3D visualisation, or hand-drawn presentation methods.
• Contribute to design development work.
• Prepare conceptual and tender detailing materials.
• Work closely with the project team to translate the design vision into the final outcome.
• Supervise junior team members and direct reports where required.
• Help encourage and energize the team.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong enthusiasm for architecture, interior architecture, and interior design.
• Solid understanding of colour and material selection.
• Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Revit, and PowerPoint.
• Comfort working in a demanding, fast-moving environment.
