About the Role
An opportunity is available for an Interior Designer to join the Adelaide studio. The position sits within a design-led environment and will primarily support workplace projects.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves contributing to the design and delivery of workplace interiors, from early concept thinking through to documentation and coordination. You will help communicate design ideas clearly, work with consultants and suppliers, and support the preparation of detailed schedules, specifications and presentation materials.
Candidate Profile
The ideal applicant brings 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in interior design or interior architecture, along with a strong portfolio and the ability to present a confident design point of view. A bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture, or an equivalent qualification, is expected.
Application Portfolio Expectations
Applicants should be able to show interior concept development, a clear design story, spatial planning and test-fit work, presentation graphics created in InDesign, independent Revit documentation, and 3D modelling / visualisation work such as rendering and image editing. Experience with Enscape is preferred, and Rhino, V-Ray, Adobe Suite / Photoshop and AI tools are also relevant.
Additional Requirements
Strong capability in Revit is required, together with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign and Photoshop. Useful experience includes consultant coordination meetings, stakeholder engagement, supplier and consultant liaison, and the ability to produce coordinated drawings, schedules and specifications. Communication should be clear, persuasive and effective both visually and verbally, and the right person will be collaborative, proactive and detail-oriented.
Important Information
Applications are handled confidentially. Unsolicited resumes or agency submissions are not accepted. It is essential that applicants already have the legal right to work in Australia at the time of applying; this means Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
