Job Overview
An Insurance Agent at Life Insurance Corporation of India is entrusted with guiding individuals and enterprises in selecting appropriate life insurance policies, financial security products, pension schemes, educational plans for children, and various savings instruments. The position demands cultivating enduring client relationships, acquiring new customers, and delivering continuous support to policyholders.
Core Duties
- Identify and reach out to prospective clients.
- Assess clients' financial objectives and insurance requirements.
- Present and clarify LIC insurance policies, advising on fitting options.
- Support customers throughout application and documentation processes.
- Assist with premium payments, renewals, nominations, and claim procedures.
- Ensure sustained client engagement via periodic follow-ups.
- Encourage referrals and broaden the clientele network.
