Job Overview

The Information Technology Support Technician is responsible for providing comprehensive technical assistance and ensuring the proper functioning of computer systems, software, hardware, and network devices at the company's main office, branch locations, and various project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver technical support including troubleshooting and maintenance for computers, networks, and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure, and manage operating systems, software applications, network services, and user accounts.
• Identify and resolve issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, printing, email, and end-user problems promptly.
• Assist with the setup, configuration, and upkeep of CCTV surveillance and door access control systems.
• Keep accurate records of IT assets and documentation, aid in software deployments, and support network management to facilitate uninterrupted business operations.

Eligibility and Qualifications

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
