Information Technology Support Manager

About the Role

Linnk Group invites applications for a seasoned IT Team Lead / Site Manager to oversee IT operations at a manufacturing facility involved in the Red Sea Global Project. This position is based onsite in Umluj, Saudi Arabia, requiring a candidate with hands-on IT expertise combined with robust leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily IT operations at the manufacturing site to ensure smooth functioning.
• Provide guidance and supervision to the onsite IT Support Engineer.
• Conduct hands-on troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, servers, peripherals, and software applications.
• Manage and troubleshoot local network infrastructure elements such as LAN, Wi-Fi, and switches.
• Coordinate and execute IT projects and technical activities at the site level.
• Serve as the main contact point for IT-related issues and handle escalations effectively.
• Collaborate closely with business users, project teams, and client representatives.
• Maintain IT systems to support continuous manufacturing operations with minimal interruptions.
• Monitor and swiftly resolve incidents to minimize downtime in a 24/7, shift-based manufacturing environment.
• Operate with minimal supervision in a remote site setting.

Mandatory Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in an IT leadership role such as IT Team Lead, Supervisor, or Manager.
• Strong background in IT operations and infrastructure support.
• Proficiency in desktop support, server management, LAN, Wi-Fi, switch handling, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Preferred experience in manufacturing sectors, industrial or food plants, or similar industries.
• Skilled in project coordination and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Capability to work independently in a remote site environment.
• Possession of a valid driving license and availability of personal vehicle for daily commute (approximately 1 hour travel).
• Willingness and ability to work in a shift-based or 24/7 manufacturing environment.

• Location: Umluj, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.
• Work Mode: On-site presence required.
• Commute: Approximately one hour each way from Umluj.
• Vehicle: Own car is mandatory for commuting.
• Experience: Minimum five years in relevant roles.
