Role Overview

We seek an enthusiastic individual who excels at being on camera and has a talent for producing engaging short-form videos. You will be the foundational voice of BeOtters, responsible for building and nurturing its audience across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts before the app officially launches. This role goes beyond content posting; it involves shaping the brand’s tone and growing with the company as a co-founder with equity participation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage BeOtters’ presence on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts from the ground up.
• Create innovative short-form videos centered on the app’s themes: vouching, slow-building connections, friends-to-love stories, and the unique "pebble" system.
• Define and maintain the brand’s personality and communication style as the company scales.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on launch strategies, community engagement, and converting early followers into inaugural invite-only users.
• Serve as the potential public face of the app in promotional campaigns, explanatory content, and app store previews.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated skill in producing short-form videos that attract views and shares, not just uploads.
• Comfortable appearing consistently on camera with an engaging personality that builds follower interest.
