Overview
We are collaborating with a prominent global Private Equity firm headquartered in Frankfurt to fill an inaugural HR Specialist position supporting their German operations. This role offers considerable independence and the chance to influence a thriving international company.
Key Responsibilities
As the main HR representative for Germany, you will manage the entire employee lifecycle. This involves close cooperation with staff, managers, and external partners to ensure top-tier HR delivery. Your duties will span employee relations, human resources operations, legal compliance, remuneration and benefits, recruitment activities, and workforce planning. You will also contribute to cultivating a motivating and high-achieving organizational culture.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should have a minimum of five years’ experience as an HR Generalist or Specialist within the Financial Services sector. Expertise in German labor law is critical, as is a track record of overseeing HR functions in dynamic, results-oriented organizations. Proficiency in both German and English languages is mandatory, alongside strong skills in HR information systems and Microsoft Office. You must be a reliable HR advisor known for sound decisions, professionalism, and strict confidentiality when managing sensitive issues.
