Overview
As a Human Resources People Partner at Rolls-Royce based in Indianapolis, IN, you will be integral to advancing the People strategy within the organization. This position offers a hybrid work model requiring office presence approximately three days per week and involves up to 25% travel domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with leadership teams to drive People strategies aligned with business objectives, utilizing contemporary insights on people and organizational development.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on complex or sensitive personnel matters, advancing leadership capabilities and compliance with Rolls-Royce standards.
- Analyze business challenges through an organization development lens, leveraging data and tools to identify performance enhancements.
- Design and implement talent and capability development initiatives to fulfill strategic workforce plans and create a supportive work environment.
- Handle local employee relations issues effectively, including conducting investigations and managing performance improvement plans.
- Plan and execute resourcing strategies to satisfy business commitments.
- Work collaboratively with a broad people team network, including global people services, to deliver HR solutions.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Associate degree with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in Human Resources or Labor Relations, or
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ HR or Labor Relations experience, or
- Master’s degree or JD/PhD, or
- At least 6 years’ relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status is mandatory
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Ability to interpret and challenge business strategies to develop human capital implications
- Experience applying organization development techniques to boost business performance
- Strong relationship management skills with proven credibility and influence across senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Expertise in managing change initiatives with project management capabilities
- Coaching proficiency to enable leaders and teams to meet business objectives
- Familiarity with HR shared service delivery models
- Experience handling employee relations, talent development, and cultural transformation
- Previous engagement with global teams or matrixed organizational environments
Compensation & Benefits
The position offers an annual salary ranging between $81,520 and $132,470, along with a competitive benefits package. Benefits include bonus opportunities, health/dental/vision insurance, disability and life coverage, flexible spending and health savings accounts, 401(k) with company matching, employee assistance programs, paid time off, holidays, parental and family care leave, tuition reimbursement, and a long-term incentive plan. Specific benefits eligibility depends on hire date, employment type, and applicable agreements.
Work Arrangement
A flexible hybrid working policy allows employees to balance time between the office and other remote locations, with an expectation to be onsite about three days weekly for collaboration and key activities. Note that relocation assistance is not provided for this position.
