Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position in Guntur East is for an experienced Human Resources Manager who will lead core people operations. The role includes handling hiring, employee relations, performance processes, legal compliance, policy creation, training coordination, benefits administration, and workplace conflict resolution. The person in this role will also work closely with leadership on HR strategies that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection activities.
• Oversee employee relations and support a healthy workplace environment.
• Administer performance management processes and related follow-up.
• Ensure HR practices remain aligned with employment laws and compliance needs.
• Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Plan and deliver training initiatives for employees.
• Coordinate employee benefits-related processes.
• Address disputes and assist in resolving workplace conflicts.
• Partner with management on HR programs that support company goals.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Working knowledge of HR policies, labour regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to design and conduct training programs.
• Strong capability in conflict handling and employee development.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working on-site in Guntur East.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Prior exposure to the renewable energy sector will be considered an added advantage.
