Role overview
Circlys is a fintech platform focused on modernizing traditional monthly saving circles (ROSCA/Jameya), offering a secure and officially authorized way for people to reach their financial goals. The company has served more than 3 million users and helped facilitate over SAR 8 billion in savings, with a strong emphasis on innovation, teamwork, and operational excellence.
This position is based onsite in Riyadh, Alsahafa District, Saudi Arabia. The Human Resources Generalist will support day-to-day HR operations across the employee journey, from hiring and onboarding through payroll support, employee relations, and compliance. The role also contributes to more strategic HR work such as salary benchmarking, job evaluation, grading, and process improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Run the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, coordinating candidates, conducting interviews, extending offers, and completing onboarding.
- Handle employee onboarding, recordkeeping, and HR documentation with accuracy and strict confidentiality.
- Support payroll preparation, compensation administration, and employee benefits processing.
- Maintain compliance with Saudi labor regulations and related statutory requirements, keeping HR policies current.
- Carry out HR transactions through platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and other relevant government systems.
- Assist with HR audits by organizing compliant employee files and preparing supporting documents.
- Contribute to ERP rollout, system setup, and continuous improvement of HR modules and workflows.
- Manage employee relations issues, address workplace concerns, and support conflict resolution efforts.
- Take part in strategic HR tasks such as salary benchmarking, job grading, job classification, and organizational structure updates.
- Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and analysis using Microsoft Excel and HR software.
- Support performance management, policy updates, and other HR projects as needed.
- Look for ways to improve HR operations through automation, technical tools, and better process design.
- Help standardize digital request flows by creating suitable workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in a generalist HR position.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment from JD creation through onboarding.
- Strong working knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and similar HR government portals.
- Experience with ERP platforms, including implementation, configuration, or HR module administration.
- Good understanding of payroll, compensation, and broader HR operations.
- Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel.
- Exposure to strategic HR areas such as salary benchmarking, job evaluation, grading, and job classification.
- Background in HR compliance, internal audits, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Professional fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Professional HR certifications like CIPD, PHRi, or SHRM-CP are preferred.
