Human Resources Business Partner

Position Overview

Cardiovascular Associates of America seeks a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate closely with our National Services Organization and the physician practices we support. This position blends strategic HR partnership with practical implementation responsibilities within a dynamic healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main HR liaison for business leaders and physicians.
• Manage employee relations issues, oversee performance management programs, and conduct workplace investigations.
• Lead all stages of recruitment from candidate sourcing through onboarding.
• Support expansion efforts and integrate HR functions for newly acquired practices.
• Work in partnership with HR operations, payroll, and benefits departments to maintain alignment and consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Healthcare Administration.
• At least five years of progressive experience in human resources.
• Proficient in employee relations and end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Preferred experience in healthcare or managing physician practices.
• Professional certifications such as SHRM or PHR are advantageous.

Additional Details

Travel requirements include up to 20% visits to partner sites.
