Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR contact for the assigned business unit, offering expert advice on organizational climate and devising action plans aimed at improving the employee experience.
- Handle and resolve intricate employee relations matters, conducting thorough and objective investigations as needed.
- Maintain a robust understanding of employment laws and regulations to manage daily employee affairs, minimize legal risks, and ensure compliance, collaborating with the legal department when necessary.
- Guide line managers in performance management processes, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary measures.
- Partner with business leaders to bolster organizational capabilities and cultivate a high-performance workplace culture.
- Collaborate with management and staff to enhance work relationships, uplift morale, and boost productivity and retention rates.
- Coordinate with the Talent Acquisition team on matters related to hiring, promotions, and transfers.
- Provide strategic input on organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning within business units.
- Ensure all job roles are clearly defined with explicit accountabilities and up-to-date job descriptions.
- Manage the maintenance of employee records both physically and digitally, ensuring compliance with financial, legal, administrative, and audit guidelines.
- Identify learning and development needs at both the business unit and individual executive levels.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends in collaboration with the HR Center of Excellence to design solutions, programs, and policy recommendations.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 6 to 7 years of progressive experience in human resources.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate proficiency in addressing and resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Exhibit practical knowledge across various HR domains such as Compensation and Benefits, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Performance Management.
