Human Resource Executive - Compliance

About the role

This position is for an HR Compliance professional to support statutory and personnel administration work across Mumbai, Bangalore, and Pune. The role is suited to candidates with a background in HR, IR, personnel management, or MBA HR, along with hands-on experience in labour law compliance and record maintenance.

Core responsibilities

The selected candidate will handle compliance-related HR operations, especially matters connected to PF, ESIC, professional tax, MLWF, Security Guard Board requirements, HR audits, and labour law adherence.

• Prepare monthly PF statements, generate PF challans, and manage PF withdrawal processing.
• Compile remittance statements and submit monthly and annual statutory returns.
• Keep salary, attendance, deduction, and overtime registers updated and accurate.
• Maintain Form F and coordinate gratuity application processing.
• Handle shop and establishment compliance in line with applicable legal provisions, including maintenance of required registers.
• Plan and carry out administrative management tasks as required.
• Keep all employee and personnel records current and well organized.

Eligibility

Only male candidates can apply. Applicants should be graduates, preferably with a BBA in HR/IR, Personnel Management, or MBA qualification.

Experience and knowledge required

Applicants should have 2 to 10 years of relevant experience. A strong working knowledge of record keeping for PF, ESIC, professional tax, MLWF, Security Guard Board, HR audits, and labour legislation is expected. The role also requires good liaisoning skills for dealing with statutory authorities, inspections, and query resolution.

Additional information

Location options for this role are Mumbai, Bangalore, and Pune. The role falls in the salary range of INR 3,00,000 to INR 5,00,000 per year.
