Overview

The HR & People Experience division plays a pivotal role in this by managing our most valuable asset—our workforce. We invite you to join us in Dubai as a HR Technology Partner and significantly contribute to advancing our HR technology solutions within the aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute the strategic use and investment in HR technology in partnership with senior HR leadership and stakeholders, including budgeting CAPEX and OPEX and managing vendor contracts in collaboration with IT.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to pinpoint automation opportunities, stay abreast of emerging trends, evaluate their business applicability, and recommend optimal solutions aligned with business objectives and future system strategy.
- Manage the prioritization, planning, and delivery of all HR IT projects and enhancement efforts in accordance with governance frameworks, regularly communicating progress to stakeholders and tracking the benefits derived from each automation initiative.
- Forge strong partnerships with internal technology teams and external vendors to implement and maintain HR system tools, oversee testing and approvals, and coordinate with IT to ensure SLA adherence for support issues.
- Serve as the HR technology center of excellence by facilitating system-related training and adoption, offering expert guidance to users, resolving functional queries, and continuously suggesting improvements for cost and productivity gains.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years’ experience working in HR Information Systems.
- Proven track record in project management with a focus on investment control, project scope clarity, and achieving successful outcomes.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR user environments and experience with Oracle ERP systems or other leading HR ERP platforms covering various business domains.

- Ability to comprehend diverse user needs and translate them into effective, inclusive system solutions.
- Excellent communication and business presentation skills with an aptitude for influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, including integration with feeder systems and awareness of the latest IT trends.
- Desirable certifications in project management, agile methodologies, governance, and compliance.
