HR Operations Specialist

About the Role

This position involves prompt and complete handling of HR requests within standard processes, resolving customer inquiries in the designated field using system support, and communicating with internal clients. Fluent German skills at a B2.2 level are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Timely and conclusive processing of HR orders following established standard procedures.
• Resolving client inquiries in the assigned domain with system assistance and maintaining communication with internal customers.
• Drafting and maintaining standard correspondence, contracts, and other routine documents per system guidelines.
• Updating HR data accurately and ensuring high data quality.
• Preparing and issuing certificates and official documentation.
• Handling standardized internal and external correspondence, such as communications with health insurance companies and government authorities.
• Checking data accuracy and monitoring deadlines effectively.

Candidate Profile

• German language proficiency at B2.2 level.
• Experience managing HR orders in standard processes.
• Capability to address client queries efficiently using system support.
• Proven communication skills with internal stakeholders.
• Experience in generating and updating standard documents and contracts as per system requirements.
• Skilled in maintaining HR databases and ensuring data quality.
• Ability to create and deliver official certificates.
• Familiarity with handling standardized correspondence with entities like health insurance and public authorities.
• Attention to detail in data verification and deadline tracking.
