HR Operations Generalist (Remote)

Role Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a client for an English-speaking HR Operations Generalist to join on a contract basis. This fully remote position involves providing general support and communication assistance across a global platform, aiding users in onboarding, troubleshooting, and responding to queries.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver precise English-language support through chat, email, and other communication methods.
• Help users with account creation, verification, and navigation of the platform.
• Diagnose and resolve typical problems related to accounts, transactions, and technical issues.
• Keep detailed records of user interactions, transactions, and feedback in the appropriate system.
• Work collaboratively with various teams to escalate and solve complex user concerns.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Previous experience in customer support, administrative, or generalist support roles is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
• Proficient with standard computer applications such as email, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
