About the Role

A medical complex located in the Madinah Region is seeking qualified candidates for an HR Officer position. This role involves comprehensive HR administrative responsibilities including managing employee records, supporting payroll processes, and assisting in recruitment and onboarding activities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee documentation and support payroll-related tasks.
• Participate in recruitment efforts by screening applicants, organizing interviews, and facilitating new employee integration.
• Contribute to training programs, performance evaluations, and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven abilities in HR administration and employee data management.
• Familiarity with recruitment workflows and onboarding procedures.
• Understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and effective people management techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills suitable for diverse team environments.
• Competency in using MS Office suite and HR-specific software platforms.
• Excellent organizational aptitude, detail-oriented approach, and capacity to handle multiple tasks within a part-time framework.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines preferred.
• Experience in HR roles across various industries or project settings considered advantageous.
• Capability to function efficiently in a hybrid model that includes some on-site duties.
• Proficiency in Arabic language is mandatory.
