Role and Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive HR operations covering recruitment, onboarding processes, maintenance of employee records, attendance tracking, and leave administration.
- Oversee payroll coordination, salary input processing, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Professional Tax (PT), and other relevant regulations.
- Promote employee engagement initiatives, manage performance appraisal systems, implement HR policies, and handle daily employee relations.
- Collaborate closely with management and departmental heads for workforce planning, recruitment efforts, and addressing other HR needs.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation, generate Management Information System (MIS) reports, and guarantee timely execution of HR processes and compliance tasks.
- Independently take charge of the full HR portfolio within a mid-sized organization, ensuring effective coordination and follow-up.
Candidate Profile
- Graduates with approximately 2-5 years of relevant human resources experience; possession of an MBA or postgraduate qualification in HR is advantageous.
- Extensive familiarity with HR operations, recruitment procedures, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
- Professionalism characterized by proactivity, strong organizational skills, and effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Preference for candidates capable of autonomous work, ownership of responsibilities, and managing diverse HR functions.
