Job Overview
We are seeking an HR Executive who thrives in a dynamic and fast-moving workplace. The ideal candidate will have the capability to recruit and develop teams from the ground up, handling the entire hiring process efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Navigate and perform effectively in a high-speed work environment.
- Lead recruitment efforts to build teams from scratch, including sourcing candidates.
- Recruit candidates remotely across various cities.
- Coordinate the recruitment process through to candidate onboarding and training.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal communication skills and strong self-management.
Additional Information
A monthly salary range of INR 25,000 to 50,000 is offered for this role.
