Position Details

The HR Driver role is based in Dandenong VIC and involves conducting multi-stop pickups and deliveries of bins and sharps containers on a designated daily route. Responsibilities include truck loading, unloading, scanning of products upon delivery and collection, and maintaining customer interactions. The position requires physical tasks including heavy lifting both in transit and at the facility, and regular early morning shifts starting from 4 AM.

Candidate Criteria

• Possession of a valid MR or HR driver's licence with a clean record
• Flexibility to work overtime and on some Saturdays
• Previous commercial driving experience, preferably with multi-drop deliveries
• Capability to handle local and regional delivery routes
• Dangerous goods certification is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical examination including drug and alcohol tests
• Consent to complete a National Police Criminal History Check
• Commitment to uphold exceptional safety standards and independently manage duties
• Interactions with customers requiring professionalism and brand representation skills
• Must have current vaccinations or be willing to receive them (minimum COVID-19 two doses, flu shot, Hepatitis A & B)

• Hourly pay rate of $32.49, inclusive of shift penalties, superannuation, and overtime
