About the Company and Role

A prominent and expanding wellness and healthcare organization operating multiple centers throughout Maharashtra is seeking a skilled HR Manager to oversee regional human resource functions. Based in Nagpur, this position demands overseeing employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, and smooth administrative processes across all branches.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop, standardize, and enforce HR policies and SOPs uniformly across all branches in Maharashtra.
• Conduct frequent site inspections to check operational standards including attendance, staff appearance, and work environments.
• Act as the liaison between corporate leadership and branch teams ensuring consistent organizational alignment.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles such as branch managers, wellness experts, therapists, customer service, and support teams across Maharashtra.
• Build recruitment networks locally to fulfill hiring needs efficiently and conduct onboarding and initial training for new hires.
• Ensure full compliance with Maharashtra labor laws, Shop & Establishment regulations, PF, ESIC, and minimum wage requirements.
• Oversee monthly attendance, leave, overtime checks, and provide accurate inputs for payroll.
• Administer vendor contracts, facility management, and local registrations for all regional centers.
• Plan and implement employee engagement and retention programs along with continuous learning initiatives targeting soft skills and service excellence.
• Address grievances and resolve conflicts promptly during branch audits to maintain a positive and fair workplace culture.

Candidate Profile

• 6 to 10+ years of experience in HR management, preferably with multi-location service operations.
• Educational qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, MSW, or Master’s in Personnel Management.
• Familiarity with Maharashtra labor regulations and statutory compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
• Ability to work autonomously in dynamic, customer-focused environments and willingness to travel frequently across Maharashtra.

Additional Details

This full-time position is headquartered in Nagpur with regular travel required to branches across Maharashtra. The selection involves multiple interview rounds focusing on HR operations, compliance, and strategic alignment with corporate leadership.
