About the Role

Join one of the world's leading luxury hotel brands as a Housekeeping Attendant at a prestigious, tall luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar’s exclusive West Bay area. Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and service assigned guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to established procedures, including bed-making, dusting, vacuuming, bathroom sanitation, trash removal, and potentially kitchen areas.
• Maintain room amenities, such as refrigerators, coffee makers, cups, glasses, and silverware in proper condition.
• Communicate completion of room servicing to supervisors to prepare rooms for occupancy.
• Report any rooms that cannot be serviced or require repairs and report unsafe conditions promptly.
• Manage housekeeping supplies and amenities efficiently to reduce waste.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments to promote teamwork and high-quality service delivery.
• Address guest complaints and special requests promptly to ensure full guest satisfaction.
• Handle lost and found items according to set protocols.
• Participate in deep cleaning projects and other assigned duties including turndown services when required.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Prior housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment preferred.
• Business-related degree or equivalent qualification is advantageous.
• Knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural workplace.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong command of both written and spoken English and Arabic; additional languages are a benefit.
• Well organized, self-driven, results-focused with a positive outlook.
