Key Responsibilities

• Provide warm, efficient, and adaptable customer service to clients, guests, and colleagues.
• Keep assigned areas, including corridors and ancillary spaces, neat, sanitary, and compliant with preventive maintenance policies.
• Assess and implement cleaning techniques as trained and outlined in orientation guidelines.
• Safely and effectively operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning solutions under supervisory guidance.
• Apply disinfection and sterilization procedures on equipment and supplies using germicides and sterilizers when required.
• Strictly follow universal precautions in disposal of trash and biohazard materials.
• Maintain cleaning carts fully stocked, label chemicals properly, and ensure all tools and equipment are functional.
• Foster professional, cooperative interdisciplinary relationships and conduct oneself appropriately at all times.
• Contribute to boosting department productivity and efficiency.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by completing mandatory training programs.

Qualifications and Physical Requirements

• Previous experience in cleaning is desirable.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, senior management, and team members.
• Ability to adapt promptly to changing work demands.
• Role involves physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and prolonged periods of walking or standing.
• May require wearing uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Reliable transportation needed as the workplace is not easily reachable via public transit.
