Job Overview

This position is for a House Manager based in Karnal, Haryana. It is a full-time role with an on-site requirement, responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning of daily household operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate household staff to ensure efficient functioning of the home.
• Manage housekeeping and maintenance tasks, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
• Maintain inventory of household supplies and coordinate procurement with vendors and service providers.
• Support meal planning and coordination with kitchen staff to maintain meal quality and scheduling.
• Handle resident requests with confidentiality and discretion.
• Continuously seek improvements in service quality and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Proven supervisory ability for managing and training household personnel.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with residents, staff, and vendors.
• Experience in maintaining household protocols, etiquette, and staff training.
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to personalized service excellence.
• Basic to intermediate cooking skills or effective coordination with culinary team.
• Previous experience in luxury house management or hospitality is advantageous.
• Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
• Strong organizational skills coupled with problem-solving capability and thorough attention to detail under pressure.
• Familiarity with smartphones and basic digital scheduling tools.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi is preferred.

Working Hours and Salary

The role requires a commitment of 10 hours per day. The salary offered is Rs. 60,000 per month.
