Role Responsibilities

• Promptly and accurately deliver guest requests from Housekeeping or pantry areas, confirming completion through established communication.
• Safely transport Housekeeping team members to assigned work locations, meeting daily operational needs.
• Operate buggies and relevant equipment responsibly, conducting thorough safety inspections before and after use.
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance in full uniform at all times.
• Perform duties discreetly in public spaces, ensuring a calm, unobtrusive presence.
• Comply fully with Four Seasons’ policies, safety regulations, and departmental procedures.
• Stay informed of daily operational priorities and special directives.
• Answer phone calls courteously and relay messages accurately.
• Anticipate and assess guest needs and satisfaction, addressing concerns politely and escalating to the Director of Housekeeping as necessary.
• Immediately report accidents, incidents, or hazards to the Director of Housekeeping.
• Respond calmly and appropriately to emergencies following hotel protocols.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to support seamless service.
• Report any lost or abandoned items found in guest areas to Housekeeping Security per lost-and-found procedures.
• Participate actively in shift handovers, communicating pending tasks and instructions clearly.
• Perform additional duties or special projects as directed by Management.

Candidate Requirements

• Completion of High School education or equivalent experience.
• Two to four years’ experience in a related position either within Four Seasons or similar organizations.
• Strong communication capabilities coupled with analytical and critical thinking skills.
