Job Responsibilities

• Ensure total customer satisfaction by consistently meeting or surpassing guest expectations regarding quality, service, hygiene, and value during each restaurant visit.
• Drive sales growth by maintaining high customer satisfaction that translates into increased sales and transaction volumes.
• Achieve optimal profitability aligned suitably with the restaurant’s revenue performance.
• Maintain a motivated and efficient team capable of fulfilling or exceeding customer expectations consistently.
• Uphold ethical business and personnel standards compliant with legal regulations and company policies, ensuring fair treatment of all employees akin to the treatment expected for customers.
• Commit to personal development by enhancing skills aimed at better addressing customer needs and expectations.
• Manage and recommend leave approvals for crew members, utility operators, restaurant executives, and other staff in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager.

Additional Information

Work is scheduled 5 days a week, with complimentary snacks and beverages provided to employees.
