Role Overview

As a Host, you will be the welcoming face and experience guardian of Le Café LPM. Your responsibilities include managing reservations, greeting guests warmly, and maintaining effortless flow in the dining room to ensure optimal seating and contribute directly to the venue’s success.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists efficiently to maintain smooth service flow.
• Warmly welcome and seat guests while handling simultaneous tasks such as taking drink orders.
• Maintain an organized and spotless reception area to reflect the café's standards.
• Accurately update guest profiles and seating plans to optimize performance even during busy times.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with guests both in person and on the phone, ensuring every interaction is personal and relaxed.

Candidate Profile

• No previous experience is required; personality, warmth, and natural charm are most valued.
• Familiarity with reservation systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential; additional languages such as Arabic or French are a plus.
