About the Role

Thrivehub Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is recruiting for a reputable NBFC company in India to fill positions for Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage Loan Sales Officers based in Chennai.

This is a full-time role with a competitive salary potential of up to ₹6.5 lakhs per annum. The hiring is for 25 open positions, and interviews will be conducted virtually.

Primary Responsibilities

• Source Home Loan and Loan Against Property leads through direct field visits, local networking, referrals, and database mining.
• Meet monthly targets for loan applications logged and disbursed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to final disbursement.
• Collaborate with internal departments and customers to complete all necessary documentation and approval procedures.
• Provide post-sale support and promptly address customer inquiries.
• Establish connections with principals, market references, and local business networks.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Possess 1 to 4 years of proven experience in field sales within Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage Loans, or banking sales sectors.
• Exhibit strong sales skills, including negotiation and relationship management.
• Communicate effectively and deliver presentations confidently.
• Have a solid understanding of the Chennai local market.
• Be results-driven with a high level of business insight.
• Demonstrate career stability; candidates with frequent job changes might not be preferred.
