Overview
Indyeo Securities Management Solutions Private Limited is seeking a Healthcare Documentation Specialist based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role involves managing and reviewing medical documentation to support clinical operations and ensure the accuracy of patient records.
Job Responsibilities
- Examine and verify medical documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update patient records systematically.
- Assist in clinical documentation processes to support healthcare delivery.
- Perform precise data entry to uphold data quality.
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team for seamless coordination.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational qualifications include B.Sc. Nursing, B.Pharm, B.Sc. Life Sciences, or degrees in Allied Health Sciences.
- Both fresh graduates and experienced individuals are encouraged to apply.
- Possess fundamental computer skills and strong communication abilities.
Additional Information
The salary range offered is between 21,000 and 24,500 INR per month. Shortlisted applicants will be contacted for interview procedures.
